Envisiontec Inc.'s new Vanquish* is based on Texas Instruments® DLP Technology.With a fully motorized Optical System and Automated Material Handling, the Vanquish* is a fast, reliable and economical solution to any Rapid Manufacturing requirementThe state of the art Direct Light Processing with integrated Enhanced Resolution Module (ERM) system uses pixelated light from a standard light source to create fully three-dimensional components in photopolymer resin.

System Data Handling

The Vanquish* comes complete with a Turn-Key Software Suite. 3d Cad data can easily be converted into bitmap (bmp) images using the Perfectory^3® Software Suite and then imported into the Perfactory^3® to be built with minimum user interaction.The built-in Ethernet interface means the Vanquish* can be easily connected directly to a PC workstation or integrated into a network. Once the Build Data is sent to the machine the embedded PC allows the system to work independently from the pre-processing workstation.
