Perfactory Mini Multi Lens System Technical Data

 Perfactory Mini Multi Lens Process
The Perfactory3 Mini Multi Lens System is designed to support Rapid Prototyping users requiring ultra-fine detail RP models . Based on the principle of photo polymerisation, the Perfactory3 System works layer by layer to create three dimensional resin models through a patented Direct Light Projection System.

 System Data Handling
Utilising a built in ethernet interface, the Perfactory3*" Mini Multi Lens System can be easily connected directly to a PC workstation or integrated into a network. The Perfactory3® Mini System has an embedded PC, which allows the system to work independently from the pre-processing workstation. The Perfactory3® Mini System can be remotely monitored from any computer on the network using the communication software integrated into the Perfactory Software Suite. 3D Cad data can easily be converted into bitmap (bmp) images using the Perfactory Software Suite and then imported into the Perfactory3® system to be built.

 System Properties

Build time is constant through the build, (up to 15mm (0.6") per hour on 50 um (0.002") layer builds) Multi lens capability allowing for a choice between high parts detail or large working envelope. Economic material use, no vat and a supply on demand material feed system.
Very few moving parts and minimal consumable components.
Minimised components make the system user serviceable.
Post-processing is clean and simple due to near 100% photo cure during the build.
Models are suitable for direct manufacturing through Rapid Casting.
A choice of materials from concept models to functional parts Fully cured models are chemically safe. Low Acquisition Costs.
Footprint of 73cm 29"(l) x 48cm I9"(w) x 135cm 53" (h),Weight ...
