envisionTEC is proud to announce to the Dental Industry its Digital Dental Printer (DDP) System. The DDP system employs Digital Light Processing (DLP®) technology developed by Texas Instruments® with a proven track record in reliability in the projection industry.

The DDP system is capable of producing anything from wax up crowns to drill guides, as well as long term provisionals. Single or multiple parts can be produced in a little as 60 min. from STL data with less than 0.001″ (25 micron) accuracy.

With running costs as little as $ 1.00 per hour, the average part cost is $ 0.20 per crown. This makes it the most cost effective method of manufacture. It has also made it one of the worlds fastest selling Rapid Prototyping / Rapid Manufacturing systems for the Dental and Medical markets.

The success of the DDP lies in the simplicity of the system. It runs unattended and requires little or no maintenance. The affordability of the DDP system, ease of use, and the fact a technician can build crowns, bridges and drilling guides on the same platform with our specialized training, makes it the first choice for dental technicians.

	envisionTEC DT22 is a stiff easy to burn polymer for production of thin margins down to 50 microns in thickness.
	envisionTEC e⌉Shell 300 is a biocompatible material used to manufacture drill guides in the DDP System.

The DDP system is an open architecture system is fully compatible with Dental Wings® software and scanner, 3Shape® Software and scanner, as well as full compatibility with 3M LAVA® software and scanner.
